As part of the Montréal Complètement Cirque city festival, streets and public areas within the Latin Quarter are filled with an impressive number of circus activities. Night owls participating in the festivities become immersed in a visual atmosphere enhanced by three animated projections presented on the Saint-Jacques bell tower, the Grande Bibliothèque and the UQAM design pavilion.
