Coup d’envoi Desjardins, Building the customer experience.
In the manner of a puzzle or a collective work, participants are invited to build the Desjardins’s heart of insurance by adding a personalized piece to the heart-shaped screen. Once they placed it, a visual animation makes the entire structure react in a smooth heart beating transition. The pixel assembly of all participants unveils a video representing the collaboration and well-being of the customer experience that makes the difference.
The pieces are given to the participants during registration. They are asked to make a collective, meaningful, magical and fun gesture to start the day.
